Case Study: ByBox

Field Service

Our partnership with ByBox started from the rethink of their branding system. We developed a new design language and provided them with the tools to elevate their offering to customers, enabling them to step ahead of their competitors in the field service industry.

We put ByBox at the heart, extending the use of the ByBox diamond shape to symbolise the locker and the intersection or connector of two journeys coming together. The brand shape is always at an angle of 45°. This journey forms the basis of the design language and is implemented throughout all ByBox brand communication.

We rethought the way ByBox speaks to its customers, telling people what they believe in and why they do it, allowing greater customer buy in. We stripped back how ByBox presents itself, bringing clarity and simplicity to a design system with a more positive and engaging colour palette.
