Understanding the challenge
Cloudflare’s offerings for gaming are powerful, but inherently technical: from global content delivery networks (CDNs) that efficiently distribute game patches, to robust DDoS protection that keeps multiplayer worlds online even under attack.
For developers and technical audiences, these capabilities are essential — but translating their significance into a narrative that speaks clearly to strategic business and gameplay priorities isn’t trivial. Audiences in the gaming space care deeply about performance, reliability, latency, and security — not as abstract capabilities, but because lag, interruptions, or downtime have real consequences for player experience and commercial success.
How we approached the project
